Do you accept returns?
We offer a 100% 30-day money back or exchange guarantee. Just send your item(s) back to us, in their original condition, and we will accommodate your request for a replacement item, store credit, or full refund. Of course, if the mistake is ours for any reason, we'll pay for return shipment.
Returns: If you are returning merchandise for a refund, you are responsible for the cost of returning it to us. Unfortunately we cannot reimburse you for the original shipping charges. Please be certain to ship your package insured to ensure safe arrival.

Where do you ship?
At this time, we only ship within the Continental United States (excluding Alaska and Hawaii).
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Most orders ship within one to three days from the time you order, unless otherwise indicated. Bibles and books do occasionally go out of stock, however. In the event your order is out of stock we will contact you with an estimated shipping time.
FedEx Ground delivers Monday through Friday and usually takes three to seven business days. We also offer Next Day, 2nd Day, and 3rd Day options, with guaranteed delivery times, for delivery Monday through Friday.
